We guarantee that our materials are of good quality and will replace any materials found to be defective. However, the buyer must examine the materials upon receipt and promptly notify us of any defects before the materials are used or incorporated into the intended structure.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, this warranty shall extend only to the specifications of materials manufactured by Jackson Building Products and made available to the buyer upon request.

We cannot guarantee any specific methods, usage, or applications, nor can we assure that the materials will be suitable for any intended purpose. This warranty replaces all others, expressed or implied, and may not be altered by representatives, written sales, or informational drawings. Our distributors, salespeople, or any representatives of this company do not possess the authority to extend any guarantees beyond those outlined above or to waive the limitations of the seller’s liability.
